Jim Teel
Jim is the pastor who puts together the program and participants for the worship services most weeks and coordinates the overall worship program at the Keene Church.He brings more than sixteen years of experience from churches in Southern California and Georgia. Before that, Jim was well-known for his music arranging and piano playing - performing with and writing for The Kings Heralds and Del Delker (The Heralds' Ministries and Voice of Prophecy, twelve years combined). He has been arranging and composing since his academy years at Thunderbird Academy and is comfortable in most styles of music. Jim has a B.A. in Religion from Southern Adventist University and a M.Mus. in Composition from the University of Arizona.
Besides his love of music, he is crazy about his wife, Marsha (married in 1972 - also a musician), and his two grown sons, James and Ryan. He enjoys hiking, motorcycling (when he owns one) and almost anything having to do with water, especially scuba diving. Sports to watch: basketball, baseball and football, in that order. (Currently he favors the Atlanta Braves and the Phoenix Suns, but he might be persuaded to swing over to the Mavs!)
